Projects at Voeller Construction Update

We are keeping busy with projects through out the West Coast of Florida.
We completed a Panera Bread project in Spring Hill.  We have started a restaurant remodel in Clearwater Beach.  We are permitting on the Dollar Tree, Verizon projects in Spring Hill, FL.  We are also working on an ALF (Assisted Living Facility) design development and financial consulting project.  Bidding for an 11 story high rise in Tampa which is a restoration project.

Pet Smart Project Completed

Pet Smart project is now complete. We met all deadlines and it was a great project. Pet Smart was very happy with finished work. We had to be very diligent on schedule, specs and guidelines which were really tight and very detailed. For instance out of the concern for the pets paws walking on the floor - we needed to make sure that the animals will not slip on floor and that the floor would not hurt their delicate paws. Therefore the floors need to be smoothed and tested to perfection.

The project was very customized to their needs, a full service salon, vet clinic, and retail store. With the store being full of pet food, we had to make sure all ways that other animals could find their way in were covered. Ceiling needed to be completed sealed around all penetrations on roof or building –wire mesh. Just one of the extras that go into doing one of these customized type of projects.

Interior Build Out for Pet Smart in Spring Hill, FL

Voeller Construction has just started a take over job which is a interior build out for a new Pet Smart location in Spring Hill, Florida. The new Pet Smart will be located at Nature Coast Commons, on US 19 and Spring Hill Drive. Other stores in shopping plaza: Best Buy, Office Depot and JcPenney.

The Pet Smart is 21,000 square feet. The interior build began this week with pouring of concrete for the polished concrete flooring. Voeller Construction works with Pet Smarts national accounts to coordinate speciality finishing and set ups which will include a clinic, pet grooming facility, aquarium areas.

Plan to turn over end of January - beginning of February.

General Contracting Project Update for Voeller Construction

Voeller Construction is beginning to mobilize a renovation project in Bedford, VA on a 120 bed ALF which will provide long-term skilled care and assisted living for seniors. Modifications to existing structure and additions to the building. Interior and exterior renovations.

Voeller Construction is in the final stages of the Johnson, Pope, Bokor, Ruppel and Burns LLP renovation project for a law firm located in Clearwater, Florida. The job has gone very well and customer is very happy.

We are currently bidding on projects for exterior and interior to a public campus for Brooksville Housing Authority which is a joint Federal and State Government Project – government funded.

We are also working on a design build for a doctor's office buildings in Georgia. New free standing structure – first office is 15,000 sq feet and and other is 9,000 sq feet. It is a 2 story commercial office building for medical use.

Voeller Interior Renovation Project

Johnson, Pope, Bokor, Ruppel and Burns LLP is a law firm located at 911 Chestnut Street, Clearwater Florida.

The interior renovation project will consist of the following:

• Replace approximately 20,000 square feet of carpet throughout 3 connected buildings with high end carpet tile


• Replace approximately 2100 linear yards of wallpaper with high end wallpaper


• Replace existing tile with approximately 3000 square feet of new flooring tile with decorative layout


• Replace existing lobby lighting with high end designer light fixtures


• Install new exterior door and window


• Replace existing counter tops with high end corian countertops


• Install new European style Cabinetry


• Upgrade all restrooms with new wallpaper, fixtures, vanities and floor tile and mirrors


• Repaint wood trim throughout
